Returns

To return an item, you must inform us within 14 days after you have received your product. To notify us about a return, please login to your account on our website and request a return for the items your wish to return. The money will be refunded to the card used when ordering. 

Refusal to receive a package upon arrival is not qualified as a rightful return, and we reserve the right to charge you an amount to cover any additional costs that we may have in regard to your withdrawal.

We must receive your product by 14 days after you have contacted us, requesting a withdrawal. If the deadline, however, is a public holiday, a Saturday or a Sunday, the new date will be the following working day.

MOUETTE is not paying for the return order.

When you send your package back to us, you must include the invoice with the order number on it.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to neither return nor exchange your product in physical stores.

Please note that it can take up to 1-4 days for us to process your return and refund the amount of money corresponding to your order after we receive it.  Remember to get the tracking number from the post office.

Please note that only unopened and unused products will be accepted for returns, suitable for resale with the tags still attached to the item.
